Redirect direct route call to call queue
Hi there
I have users that have a number assigned via direct route.
I'd like to forward the call to a call group if the user does not respond after a while.
Is this possible or am i only able to forward it (via group call pickup) to different users?
What is the best practice here?
Furthermore, we'd like to prevent the user from chaging these settings, so the full company has the same setup. I can define it in the administration but the user is able to change it via settings in the teams app. is there a way to prevent him from doing so?

Hi there
Any idea about that? Is there a way to forward calls to a user to a call queue? Or do i just need to do it via the external ptsn phone number and move it to there? that could be a workaround.
