Red tint video on MacOS (New Microsoft Teams (work or school)
Hi all, for some reason I'm getting a red tint on my video that only appears while using Teams. I've tried many ways to remove the tint (adjusting lighting/led color temp, adjusting monitor color temp/whitespace, background colors, clothing colors), but I'm unable to adjust the overly-saturated and noticable red tint on my outgoing video. Example below.
It's the same issue on multiple current MacBook models using the built-in camera. My current setup is:
MacBook Pro 14 (Nov 2023)
MacOS 14.4 (23E214)
Microsoft Teams (work or school)
Version 24046.2812.2722.8193 (public preview, but similar results on other releases)
This screenshot shows 3 concurrent apps open: Teams on the right, Photo Booth and Quicktime Player (record movie) on the left.
There's clearly some added color processing in Teams. Is there a way to adjust the tint manually? MacOS doesn't provide any color adjustments, however from what I can see the issue is with Teams and not the camera or MacOS.
Thanks for any help!

- Tommi5Copper ContributorYou are not alone with this issue. Here is another longer thread on this https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/how-can-i-look-less-red-on-team-calls/a6b16b5d-0b5d-465f-98fc-44b4001ef63c

Here's another example, similar to above the native Teams Mac OS client is on the right. The two windows on the left show the Teams Web client on the Mac in Chrome and Edge.
- Mikael SvensonSteel ContributorI see the same, very annoying.

Mikael Svenson I agree, it's annoying that I look like an Oompa Loompa on every call!
I was hoping recent updates would have resolved this, but I'm still having the same issue. Here's a screenshot comparing the web client & google meet (on the left), with Teams Work/School on the right. Current version Version 24091.209.2826.4515 (public preview). I'm on an Enterprise license through my employer.
