Recorded meetings toggle option doesn't exists

Recorded meetings toggle option doesn't exists,

I have recorded a meeting and the screen shown is the shared desktop spread sheet not the video of the actual inspection. the video is in the bottom small screen. How do i toggle and get the video recording instead?
