Reception console
Hello all
I'd like to start selling Teams solutions but I can see that customers are going to ask about a console for the receptionist to see who's on calls, who's available and the call history for all lines etc.
Is there anything to fulfil this function from either Microsoft or a third parts?

Procradminator Not currently, there was a discussion about this here that has details - Attendant Console along with Microsoft Teams. Vendors are waiting on Microsoft to release the Teams Client APIs which will enable receptionist type features, there will be several options when this is broadly available such as https://www.landiscomputer.com/attendantpro/.
