Receiving Teams Missed Notification even when its disabled

Hi All,

My users have set the "Missed Activity emails" to OFF but they are still receiving the notification.

I noticed that the issues started in the last week of March. I have updated my Teams App to "You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.9163 (64-bit). It was last updated on 16/04/2022." but the issue still persist.

Please let me know if anyone else is facing the issue?
