The Collaboration bar in Proximity is directly shown in the Room Audio (suggested).
This indicate that the problem should be solved now.

This just started happening to me with Crestron MTR with my Surface Laptop 3 and Windows 10, yesterday, March 16th. I am on Teams 1.4.00.4167 (64-bit) and on Windows 10 Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.867). I also tested it with a Surface Book same versions, same results.

Teams on my iPhone works correctly. I did not have the experience before yesterday, though the last time I was in the office before yesterday was March 2nd (and it worked fine then - I use it all the time).

This issue just started popping up for me as well. No rooms show up in the pre-join menu at all. Everything on the devices and desktop app are up to date.
