Icon in taskbar keeps showing unread messages

Hi   On my Windows 11 computer the icon for Teams in my taskbar keeps showing one more unread message than I actually have. So if I have zero, it shows 1. If I have 5 unread, it shows 6.    I've ...

Janne2420 The 2 versions are Home and Business, So either you had the Home version and got the Business or vice versa, But both versions have very small change's to them.

So the second version I got kicked me out and wouldn't let me back in. Which is unfortunate since it didn't have a problem with the number of messeges.

I tried 1-4 above and it hasn't worked. I cannot find a reset button for number 5 and I can't find the version of teams I'm having trouble with in the store...
