"Also ring" to cell phone shows the DNIS and not the caller ID
We are using Direct Routing. My Phone number is (602) 123-4567.
When a caller, (516) 123-4567, calls me my desktop teams show me the Caller's phone number correctly.
With "Also Ring" set to my cell phone, my cell phone shows the 602 number instead of the Caller's phone number.
How does one resolve this? Also ring on my cell should show the Caller's phone number.
