Quiz Scores not Being Saved

I've created a quiz in Teams that has short answer questions. Normally when I grade these quizzes, I'll put in the point value and click Tab or "Review Next" and the score I input would remain while I went on to review the next question. The scores of each question would save automatically and the final score would be tabulated. Yesterday, though, when I went to grade a quiz, every time I hit tab or clicked "Review Next" the score would disappear. The scores won't save. This is also happening with another quiz in another class. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there anything I can check that might be causing it?
