Project In TEAM - What license?

We have just created a brand new project in TEAM.  Myself and a few of other users hold Project Plan 3 license so we can create project, edit as needed.  

 

However, our team members which we assigned task to, can't edit their assigned task, saying it's READ only mode.  I assigned essential license to this team member but he still sees READ only mode, not sure why.

 

What license must I apply to task owner for a project in TEAM?  We don't want team member to edit, delete or modify our plans, just update task and go (Just like in Project Web App).  Please help!

    Guys, I got the answer from other forum. I will need Project Plan 1 for my team member to be able to update their task in TEAM Project.
