I would like to know if there is any way to know what programs my students are using while we are in a session and / or video conference?

No, not within Teams. You have to use other tools and management solutions to restrict and monitor! But that’s outside of this forum

- How do you mean? It’s nothing Teams can do
Adamadam deltinger Proctoring tools block some programs so that the student cannot use them at the time of the exam. An example is Safe Exam Browser which is used in Moodle. I have not found within Teams a free tool that can do this when a student is taking an exam, for example in Form. My question is: Can I in a video conference with my students know what programs they are using in the session?
