Problems with Reading progress

We are having problems with the text in Reading progress in assignements. It is ok for some of the users, either in the app or on web. Some of the users only get a blank frame. Have anyone experienced something similar, or who can I ask.

It looks like it's an immersive reader frame that the user can't see.
