Problem with extern call History teams

Hey,
We use the PSTN part in Teams. Since a few days, a lot of people can no longer see the history of the external numbers that called them. This problem suddenly arose, I don't have the problem myself.
Anyone an idea what this could be?

    Intrigued that it is just the external calls and for some but not all.

    When you say PSTN part of Teams. Do you have Teams calling plans with your Phone system license or make use of an SBC and Direct Routing in Teams?

      Hi, We are using SBC and Direct Routing in Teams.
      History has always worked well and suddenly this problem is there.
