Problem: Registering email on MS Team (loophole)

Registering my work email in MS Teams cause a problem... i didnt finished registering my work email in MS team but they sent me a verifcation code there but the problem is i forgot my password on my work email. Finally, after that day, I can now access my email(coz i remembered my password)  but still having trouble to register my work email in MS team coz they said that my email was already registered(but it isnt), also I clicked the reset password option but MS said that my email doesnt exist.

Im stuck in a loophole. 

Need to fix it soon coz its for work.
