Problem: No Background Effects
I have a problem.
When I hit the "background effects" setting in teams, nothing is showing up. It is there, but there is nothing shown. No templates, no upload your image. Is there a way to solve this?

Hello hyperspace Just for clarification, are you using the desktop client (the latest version?), mobile (what OS?) or web version? How old is your device? I got it to work on my problematic PC.
I did this -
- Exit Teams and Outlook
- Delete the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams folder
- Go to a PC that does have backgrounds working and zip the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams folder
- Copy it to the problematic PC and extract to %appdata%\Microsoft\
- Start Teams
- Enjoy your backgrounds!

ThereseSolimeno I use the desktop version of teams. I know it is a scheduled meeting because I am seeing others with backgrounds. I have a friend who has the exact same computer as me, and they can use backgrounds, so I will ask them.
