Private Teams account blocked

hi all,

I have since 3 days a new professional O365 account that is working.

Since 1 year I have an old private Teams account with that is blocked (in German: "Ihr Teams Account ist gesperrt, bitte kontaktieren Sie den Support").

How can de-block/ unlock my private Teams account??

Remarks:

- I have already reset my password, but it is still not working, is still blocked

- I have called MS support, but this is only for professional accounts... not private
