Private chat in Teams?

Hello,

say that A,B,C,D... are members of the same tenant.
A invites B on a chat and wants that B has no possibility to invite also C or D or... in one world A wants to gain a total control over the persons invited to the chat and no chance to B about this matter :=)...is it possible in Teams?

    What you have described here is achievable by means of Information Barriers, but you need your Admin to properly set up
