Hello,There are some limitations, for example"Currently, private channels support connectors and tabs (except Stream, Planner, and Forms)."https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/private-channels#private-channel-limitationsWhat I am not seeing in your screenshot is Gif or Stickers, do you have those in regular channels?
