Preventing camera panning in Microsoft Teams meetings

Could anyone help me please. When I use MS Teams for meetings on the PiP I look as if I am sat still and central on screen, but other meeting participants say the camera is panning around and it can end up focused over my should and so they can not see me speaking. How can I stop the camera panning please. I am using the inbuild camera on my Toshiba laptop and there do not appear to be any settings that I can change to stop this activity.
