Prevent access to Teams Recordings by attendees
Hello, Is there a way to allow only a meeting host to have view access to Teams meeting recordings (preventing attendees having access by default)? This is for scheduled meetings, not from a Tea...
Microsoft Teams didn't provide granular control over meeting recordings at the attendee level. By default, meeting recordings are accessible to all participants in a meeting, including attendees.
tatitati Didn't old/classic Teams have a meeting option that only the organizer could access the recording, or am I confusing that with a Teams Live Event?
Related to this conversation, "New" Teams appears to notify all participants when the recording is ready. Is there a way to disable that?
