Prevent 3rd Party Bots from Joining Meetings

No, we need to be able to communicate with all users. Didn't run a script to block subdomains, but the bot was coming into the meetings as @read.ai. Not sure this would have made a difference. Also, the need is to block bots. There may be a legitimate need to communicate with somebody from a blocked domain/subdomain.
