Presenting Powerpoint slides again

In Teams meeting, I use "browse" and upload PP to Teams and start presenting that. After that I choose to present some app window and between and when I would like to get back to presenting the first PP, that I uploaded earlier, I can't find that first PP from the Share -dialog. Every time I have to upload the PP again using the "browse" -button, then I get a dialog saying that PP with the same already exists, do I want to replace. So it seems that the first upload is already there but there is no way for me to start presenting that first PP again without uploading it again and replace the PP.
What am I missing? How can choose to start to present uploaded file again?

Even when I deleted my test meeting, I created a new test meeting, started to upload the same test PP to share in that new test meeting, I get attached message saying that "This file already exists. A file with this name already exists in this folder. What would you like to do?".
What folder is that? I can't find any file with my test PP file name in Teams. To where does these presented files go to??
