Presenting on Teams
Hello everyone, my mom is a teacher and she has encountered a problem with sharing a PowerPoint presentation on Teams during a call and presenting it. She prefers presenting from a file rather than sharing her screen, but this has caused a problem. Somehow students can go to the file area of the team and I guess check out that presentation which locks her from moving between slides. However, when we tested this version, everything worked fine. What could be the reason for such a block?

Is it possible that students have presenter permissions and they are just taking control over the presentation?
It shows a notification like this when someone else takes control
This can be prevented by removing presenter permission, and I suggest setting them to Only me if no-one else is presenting.
