Predefined header message chat
Hello:
I wonder if it's possible to create message templates that user can choose when he wants to send a chat message 1:1. Is possible? The is a way to choose a predefined header message for teams chat 1:1?

unfortunately, Microsoft Teams doesn't directly offer an option for predefined header messages or message templates in 1:1 chats.
As a workaround, you can pin one specific chat message for quick reference in 1:1 and group chats.
This pinned message will appear at the top of the chat and will stay there until it's removed or replaced.
