Hi all
I wonder if there is a way in TEAMS to achieve this scenario :
... I am preparing a customer call, I know that I will share 1 powerpoint + 1 Excel + 1 web site... and because I have a wide screen I don't share "my screen".
I would like to pre load and Tag these 3 applications, and then during the sesssion, rather that STOP sharing App / START sharing App, have a quick access (keyboard shortcut) to instantly there one of these 3 dicument.
Do you see a way to achieve this ?

If you have another system that you could Remote into you theoretically could have that system preloaded with your three windows. And then switch between them as needed.
Or you could load the PowerPoint and Excel files in Edge and then just share that window.

but it takes time : stop sharing a windows, go in the menue, pick the new one etc
my ask here would be to be able to do it quickly, almost invisible for the audience … and in my idea that would mean proactively tag the Windows i want to share in my session, and switch between them via a keyboard shortcut … that will make the session more interactive

I am not sure if I get your question right.
You can share instead of a screen a window. And than you can choose which window.
But if you want to share another window, then you go to share again and chose the other window.
