Pre and post meeting chat with our customers is a poor experience (ie. for regular private meetings)
John Tropea This is a short answer to a long post 😉 You can control many of these settings. I would say it depends on your Guest access settings, External access settings, Meetings settings (Anonymous join), Lobby settings (who can join and start a meeting but also rejoin without having be let in). etc. Just putting it there, can't be more specific right now.
Adding to my previous post.
- Use Teams Meeting options or Teams Meeting policy to control who can bypass lobby (allow federated, anonymous etc.)

- Anonymous join (anyone with a link can join)

- Use OneDrive and SharePoint as storage for Teams meeting recordings instead of Stream (opt-in)

- Comparison of team member and guest capabilities
