"Post Link" option

When accessing files, click on the "..." to show the context menu.  Add an option to "Post Link".  Works like "Copy Link" but it continues and creates a basic post entry in the Channel's Posts tab.

The user can then flip to posts, add any notes or "@mentions", and post the link to the file in one step
