Some were not able to see and use the chat.

Some were not able to see the presentation.

How and where to find the particular meeting logs. I tried but no luck. I checked user's logs from console but unbale to export and not showing the Meeting subject. is there any way to pull all the report in one go for one meeting with meeting subject and time

kindly help.

  • Hi manjeetsinghhcl

It seems you have used the incorrect platform for the Townhall event. If the purpose for the event was to have interactive session I might be wrong. With more than 277 members joining the Microsoft Teams Meeting Quality issues is bound to happen.

One of the recommendation for your next Town Hall Event. Use Microsoft Teams Live Event which can scale up to 10,000 Users at a time.  Hence it is always recommended platform for large town halls.

In the Microsoft Teams Admin Center > Call Quality Dashboard > Sign-in to the Call Quality Dashboard and you should be able to pull some kind of information from the Call Quality Dashboard for all the meeting in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.

      Hi,RealTime_M365

Yes i agreed with you but I have screenshot where customer sent to me and showing 277 number. second when i checked on Teams portal, its showing only 197. So we can leave this as a BUG...

On second point, with call quality dashboard, i cant see single meeting status like with subject name. Do you have any way  like in SFB 2013 where we can fetch the report with SIP address, time and subject too.

      thanks.
