Poly TC8 offline in TAC
I have a Poly TC8 and X50 paired in TEAMs mode, the TC8 showed healthy, now it shows offline in TAC. i upgraded from 3.5 to 3.6, logged out and back in. it pairs correctly to the X50 but still show...
try to sign out from both X50 and TC8. then signin after 10mins. make sure the account has premium license. this method fix will your issue.
