Poly C60 Updates fail

Hello,

I have Poly C60 device provisioned for Microsoft Teams and connected to Wi-Fi.

I'm trying to push Firmware and Teams App updates from the Teams Admin Center but i'm getting error message "We can't get device details for auto-update."

I tried different PCs and Browsers but no luck. 

Any support?

    Hi Fady,

    Can you please try to upgrade the device from the Poly Web Configuration Utility and test if the upgrade fails from that tool as well?

      Hello Satish,
      I sucessfully updated the device using USB Flash but I'm still have the same issue from the Teams Admin Center.
