Planner with Teams

I currently l using Microsoft team, and i stared to use planner, put i can not **bleep** new project or board from team, is there any ideas?

and i get this message on activity page:

Planner activities are undergoing a change and are no longer available here. In the meantime, select "Activity" from the app bar to see your Activity feed, and filter by the Planner app to see all Planner activities.

Any idea?
