Permission to Record Feature?
I wanted to see if there was any way to have the attendees to a meeting consent to the recording? If having multiple organizations call in there are consent concerns. Popup box prior to starting the meeting authorizing the recording? Then that authorization of each person will be captured in the chat window?

No, there is no such feature at present. Cloud recording is either on or off in the Teams meeting policies.
In the meeting, attendees will see an alert showing that the recording has started, which they can then dismiss, but there is no consent methodology.
