I think Leon steered you right here. We were looking for a similar solution, and someone in this forum also recommended Teamflect to us. While they are not owned by Microsoft, the tool fits so nicely into Microsoft Teams that it is honestly the best third-party tool we have used so far. We use it for everything from reviews to goals, and it has been perfect.
