People presence and chat box inactive on my Outlook emails.
Hi,
I recently upgraded to Windows 10. I have installed MS Teams. Outlook is from Office 365 (as part of our SOE). The Teams plugin is appearing in my Outlook calendar and works as expected. However, people presence and chat box is not active in my emails. Could you please advise? My MS Teams is always running.

- Sounds like you Are not set to Teams Only? You can go into settings and check the box to register teams with Office and that should do the trick.

Hi Chris,
I've checked that already and in Teams settings it is already checked to 'Register Teams as the chat app for Office ' and I have restarted PC etc etc.....
Is there something else?
