Hi fabianope This is actually an issue with SharePoint. I'll include a link to documentation that may help troubleshoot the issue, but for tech support, you might want to have your IT manager open a support case with Microsoft, or go to Answers.microsoft.com, where authorized Microsoft agents are available to offer support until the issue is resolved.
