If you have issues with video in Teams meetings, please try to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/update-microsoft-teams-535a8e4b-45f0-4f6c-8b3d-91bca7a51db1 and ensure that incoming video is not turned off in your Teams client. (You can check it via three dots menu in meeting toolbar > Turn incoming video off/on). After you install the latest Teams updates, please restart your computer. If you still experience the video issues, please ask your IT manager to open a support case or call Microsoft using the support line you were given.
Other options for business subscription admins are listed here:

If i use the web app for teams, both me and the receiver can see the video.
It is also strange that this was working previously, and not happened without any config changes to my machine.
I have tried to delete the app and any related config/cashe folders, and re-installed without any success.
Note that I'm using MacBook on latest version of macOS and teams.
- YLKTXJun 17, 2021Copper ContributorI'm having the same issue, I am running a MacBookPro with the M1 chip. I can see my video, but no one else can see me. Zoom works perfectly well. Seems to be a teams issue at this point.
- Thorsten LauschJun 17, 2021Copper ContributorFrom today on I get feedback from my employees that they cannot share Video. Especially the Persons with M1 Notebook.
