If you have issues with video in Teams meetings, please try to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/update-microsoft-teams-535a8e4b-45f0-4f6c-8b3d-91bca7a51db1 and ensure that incoming video is not turned off in your Teams client. (You can check it via three dots menu in meeting toolbar > Turn incoming video off/on). After you install the latest Teams updates, please restart your computer. If you still experience the video issues, please ask your IT manager to open a support case or call Microsoft using the support line you were given.
Other options for business subscription admins are listed here:

Are you using Windows 10 N/pro N if so have you made sure you've installed the Windows media feature pack.

Ian_Phillips Nope. Not running Windows 10 N & we have all Windows updates installed. I really do think it's a problem with Teams.

Honestly, I did too.
I'd uninstall Teams, cleared the temp and cache files then installed the msi site deployment version of teams, all failed.
It seemed to work a bit when i full screened it and once when I shared the screen but nothing consistent until I’d reinstalled the Windows Media Pack- mkdir30Jun 16, 2021Copper ContributorThe same for us for about a month. Several versions of windows 10 impacted (20h2 - 1909 - 2004).
It is not a problem of bandwidth we are at 1go. About 1200 users have the same problem. Ticket open to Microsoft premium support.
