Outlook Reminders disrupt MS Teams Meeting

Hello everyone,

The Outlook Calendar reminders disrupt my MS Teams meetings and for about 3 seconds I am not able to hear the meeting. How can I make the reminders that do not disrupt my MS Meetings. I want the reminders will show up but do not disrupt the ongoing meetings. 

After a research I noticed that all notifications that disrupt the voice it disrupt the meeting. So it is not the only Calendar reminders but all notifications with voice.

  • Medes71Hello, I suggest you have a look at your Outlook sound settings. File - Options - Mail - Message arrival and for the calendar File - Options - Advanced - Reminders.
