Outlook Delegate cant make an Teams Meeting

Hello everyone

I made someone my Delegate in Outlook with full Permission but when he tries to make a Teams Meeting in my Outlook Calendar it loads for a second the the Error Message "Cant connect to Server" comes. Do we have to do something else or anything
