Opening new program to screenshare during call

Hello,

 

I noticed that the only apps that can be screenshared are ones that have been opened before the call has started. For example, I have 2 PDFs open, and I start a call, If I open a 3rd pdf the 3rd one doesn't show up in the screenshare window. Is this normal?

    Hi, since some days our users report the same issues. They told me that this was working until some weeks ago and asked me about the reason. So in my opinion it's since the last update and maybe it's a bug...
    Are there any others with the same issue? Or with an solution?!?

    Hi TTTU_IT   If you share your desktop rather than a specific program, your audience should be able to see anything that's open there (of course, you'll want to make sure that there's nothing open, like personal email or personal websites, that you don't want your audience to see as you're switching from document to document).
