I have been having an issue where CPU usage increases with a teams call, and if either I or the other person on the call is sharing a screen, CPU usage increases to the point where my computer becomes unresponsive. The computer has for more than the necessary hardware requirements to support this, but I found that the integrated graphics drivers were not up to date (Lenovo had their own installed, but the Intel ones were not updated).
Updating the drivers and installing intel Arc Control drastically improved performance, bringing my CPU usage from 90+% during calls down to 20-30% and my computer is completely usable. It's worth checking if anyone else runs into similar problems.
