OneNote saying No permissions to view/edit

So my Onenote is being weird and was working fine this morning. This afternoon it is saying that I don't have permissions to view/edit the notebook associated with my account and I cannot view or open any of them on my tablet (galaxy tab s6 lite) or my onedrive. I have tried uninstalling the app on my tablet and restarting--- it not not even syncing!!! I am at a loss of what to do and have a ton of material I need to be studying. This is a very unreliable system!!!! 
PLEASE HELP!!!
