IT turned out to be a NAT issue, needed to modify firewall config. Now it is working properly.
Hi Satish, the IP range is up-to-date and allowed on the Firewall. Attached SIP messages for a good and a bad call. The only difference seems to be the RE-INVITE coming from MS.

Rohit001 the firewall was not only NAtting but also acting as 'proxy' for RTP and changing the RTP destination in the SDP portion to its own IP address..
As soon as this was disabled the issue disappeared. I hope this helps...
ozturklev how does the firewall setting to resolve this issue? I also got the same issue. Thanks
