One Note Error

I'm attempting to use a OneNote notebook in a team, however get the error message 30109 after creating the tab. It will open up when the 'Open in OneNote Online" button is pushed, but is there anyway...

Have you tried:

Remove the tab - re add?
Tried to wait for some time?
Try via web client?
Tried creating a new notebook?

yes, yes, and yes. It's a preexisting OneNote so i was hoping there might be a way to keep the original notebook. Maybe i need to move it's sharepoint location?

Have you tampered with its location in SharePoint before?
