On Microsoft Teams, some people can't hear me

When I use Microsoft Teams for a virtual meeting, specific users tell me that they have trouble hearing me, but not the other participants in the same virtual meeting.

The interesting thing is that we all use the same HP Z book Firefly, with Windows 11 Enterprise and centrally-managed updates, so each of us should essentially have identical software, firmware, and OS.

Telling the other users to fiddle with their settings so that they can hear me better isn't really an option.

So far, I just move closer to the mic and speak louder; is there another solution I'm not thinking of?
