Office 365 Group Not Showing when creating new Teams site.

Initially, I created an Office 365 Group then used that group to create a Teams site.  All worked but ran into some issues so I deleted the Teams site and Group.
Once I figured out the issue, I restored the Office 365 Group.  In Teams, the group was in error so I deleted it from the Admin site.

When I go back into the Teams app to create the Group again and select Create Group from Office 365, the group (I am the owner) does not show up.

How can I fix this?
