I for one am happy MS removed this feature, as it feels kind of stalkerish to me. Feels like the neighbor watching your door all day long to see at what time you come home. If you want to get in contact with someone using teams, just send them a chat and ask them to respond when they can. Feels a bit more comfortable that way
That depends on your job role. I have to check start/ finish and lunch times of staff under flexible working hours so I am watching the door.
