Notifications not working on teams Miulti Monitor Windows 10

When using teams with more than one monitor I get no alerts or toasts, which means I am unable to answer calls, end calls, or quick reply.
If I close and reopen teams everything starts to work again but this only lasts an hour or so then it stops again.
If I run a single screen then it works without issue also if I set it to only display the taskbar on a single screen when running multi-screens it works without issue
I have tried removing all traces of teams of my pc and doing a fresh install but this did not resolve,  I also have another member of my team with the same issue.
