Hi SirPyke, is it possible that you configured your headset as default sound output in Windows? You can check this setting by clicking on the speaker symbol in the task bar in the upper right corner. When there is your headset configured, try to switch this to your built in speaker. Or did you install the Plantronics Hub software on the system?
