Notifications are not shown for new posts in a channel/team

Hi, I have created a team/channel with few contacts and I am the owner. Notifications are not shown when a new post is made in this channel/team. General notifications for personal chats are shown. ...

When have you last tried this? The posts are from other users and you are not in the channel at time of receiving message? Nothing in activity feed?

    Yes. Posts are from other users and i am not in the channel at the time of receiving the message. No information in the activity feed.

      Have you tested recently? A fix was rolling out for this issue, wondering if it was a matter of time for you. Make sure to update client if not, but I think it was probably a service side fix anyway so that might not matter, but if it's not working worth a shot.

        Hi Chris,

        I have tested it today. Not working. The current version i am using is 1.3.00.4461 (64-bit). It was last updated on 3/18/20. No new updates are available as of now.
